We have some exciting news to share with you.
WATCHU IT SOLUTIONS BECOMES THINK IT
Watchu IT Limited is becoming part of the Think I.T. network of companies and from the 1st of December will become Think IT Waikato Limited.
What does this mean for you?
You will still receive the personalised service you are used to from your IT service provider with Wayne staying on as the onsite technical contact for the Waikato region. Added to this though you will receive the incremental benefits that comes from dealing with a larger service provider. In situations where Wayne is not available or the problem requires escalation the rest of the Think I.T. technical team will be there to support him.
The integration into Think I.T. is seen as a way of ensuring we can maintain our standards, for the future, as well as provide services previously not available. Think I.T. have more products and services including longer helpdesk hours, from 7.30am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday, an after-hours callout service and specialised telephony solutions and support.
During the coming weeks we will be in further contact with you and where possible will come and introduce you to some of the key Think I.T. staff.
